I offer talks that spark dialogue, challenge assumptions, and leave lasting impact. Whether you’re organising a school assembly, staff training, corporate event, or a community forum, I deliver engaging and thought-provoking sessions tailored to your audience. The main message is simple: we’re all better together.
What I Speak About
My talks cover a range of vital topics, including:
Mental Health & Wellbeing — practical strategies and open conversations that help break stigma and foster resilience
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion — with actionable insights into creating truly inclusive environments in education, workplaces, and communities
Building Community & Connection — exploring how we can create supportive networks, cultivate belonging, and strengthen relationships in any setting
Each talk is carefully designed to suit the needs and tone of your event. I can offer keynotes, workshops, panels, or informal Q&A sessions depending on your goals.

Young people – especially those from backgrounds underrepresented in higher education, inspiring confidence, aspiration, and belonging
Educators – looking to create inclusive communities and better support students’ wellbeing
Charities & Community Organisations – seeking authentic, impactful voices for events and campaigns

If you’re not sure whether your event is the right fit – just ask! I’m always happy to discuss ideas.
